Beth Delbridge: new pictures released

Friends and relatives of a missing woman from Helston are co-ordinating a strategic search for her through a Facebook page.

Nearly 4,000 people have joined the group to help look for 31-year-old Elizabeth Delbridge, also known as Beth.

Ms Delbridge, who lives in Aston, near Helston, went missing on Monday after she phoned her boyfriend and was in contact with family and friends around 6:30am.

Members of the group have posted details of where they had searched on foot or in cars. Some have uploaded maps to try and pinpoint areas which still need to be searched in the hope of finding Beth.

'Distressed'

Yesterday, her boyfriend Gwil Jones said Ms Delbridge was "distressed" during the phone call.  He said her disappearance was out of character.

Mr Jones said friends and relatives were still trying to work out exactly what had made her disappear, but he stressed the matter was private.

Ms Delbridge is slim, around 5ft 6in tall and has shoulder-length brown/black hair. She was driving a green VW Golf.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 08452 777444.
