Wildlife enthusiasts are offering romantic people the chance to give their loved one an adopted seal for Valentine's Day.

The animal, appropriately called Heart,  is a wild Atlantic seal like the ones found along the Cornish coast.

It costs £15 to adopt Heart and the money goes towards seal pup watches, seal rescues and survey work done by the the Seal Group and Cornwall Wildlife Trust

The two charities monitor,  track and rescue seals as well as research seal behaviour and how climate change is altering their habitat.
