Ireland's coach Declan Kidney has announced that his team will remain the same following their victory at Murrayfield as they line up to face Wales this Saturday.
The game at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff is a must win for both sides if they are to retain a realistic chance of staying in the running for the Six Nations title.
Eion Reddan retain his place in the team despite the return of O'Leary from injury, while David Wallace will gain his 70th cap for his country.
In the Welsh camp, James Hook has been named as fly-half, leaving Stephen Jones on the bench despite his consistent performance during tournament.
Ryan Jones and Mike Phillips will win their 50th caps in the match.
Both teams are currently joint second place with France on 4 points. The home ground advantage will definitely help bolster Wales hopes for a win.
Dominating
Table leaders England are set to play Scotland at Twickenham on Sunday. Undefeated so far in the tournament, the English team are the heavy favourites.
Coach Martin Johnson is confident his star fly-half Toby Flood will start despite limping off the game against France two weeks ago.
The struggling Scots are yet to win a single game, and a victory against England is not going to be an easy task.
